How to remove your PokerCrew account and data

In the app

Sign in and open Profile (bottom bar).
Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
Tap Email me a confirmation code, then enter the 6-digit code from the email and confirm.

If you own a club, transfer it to another member or delete the club first (Club → Delete club).

What is deleted

Your email address, display name, password, avatar photo, country flag, chip balance and all sign-in sessions are erased immediately, and you are removed from every club, waiting list and invitation. Hands you played remain in club hand history under an anonymous player ID with no name attached, for fair-play review. Daily database backups are kept for 7 days and then overwritten.

Without the app

Email hello@pokercrew.co from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. Chips have no monetary value and are not refundable.
