1. What PokerCrew is

PokerCrew is a social poker platform for entertainment. You can create or join private clubs and play Texas Hold'em with other members using virtual chips.

2. Virtual chips have no value

All chips, balances, and in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or prizes, and cannot be transferred outside the app. PokerCrew does not offer real-money gambling. Any attempt to buy, sell, or trade chips for value outside the app is prohibited and will result in account termination.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use PokerCrew. By creating an account you confirm this.

4. Your account

You need a valid email address. Your display name is permanent and must not impersonate others or be offensive. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

5. Fair play

Collusion, bots, real-time assistance software, multi-accounting, and exploiting bugs are prohibited. We use automated and manual review and may suspend accounts pending investigation. You may appeal a suspension by contacting us; we aim to respond within 48 hours.

6. Clubs

Club owners and managers are responsible for who they admit and for conduct within their club. PokerCrew may remove clubs or members that violate these terms.

7. Purchases

Optional cosmetic items and subscriptions may be offered through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website. Purchases are final except where required by law or by the store's own refund policy. Purchases never confer any right to cash out.

8. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or attempts to interfere with the service. Voice chat is subject to the same rules.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

PokerCrew is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
