What we collect

Account data: email address, display name, and the player ID we assign you.
Gameplay data: clubs you belong to, tables you join, hands played (including cards, bets, and results), chip balances.
Technical data: device identifier, IP address, browser type, and session logs — used for security, anti-cheating, and keeping the game stable.
Voice: live voice at the table is transmitted in real time and is not recorded or stored by PokerCrew.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, seat you at tables, deal hands, and keep your clubs working.
To keep games fair: detecting collusion, bots, and multi-accounting.
To communicate: sending sign-in codes and important service notices. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers strictly to operate PokerCrew — hosting (Railway), email delivery (Brevo), and, if you buy something, the app store or payment processor. Other players see your display name and player ID, never your email.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Hand history is kept for fair-play review and your own stats. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, keeping only anonymised gameplay records.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Delete your account from your profile in the app, or email us. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to object or complain to your data protection authority.

Children

PokerCrew is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

Sign-in uses one-time codes or salted, hashed passwords. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.
